In the southern end of the Cariboo region of the province of BC, Canada

A quiet valley, only ten miles (16 km) from 100 Mile House, BC, a full service centre. 100 Mile has a trading area population of 15,000. The ranch is private and "isolated", with no through traffic and very little sign of the "outside" world.

For the rancher, parts, repairs, mechanics, hired hands, and tradespeople are only a short drive away. For the family there are schools, sporting and social activities, shopping, good restaurants, entertainment and two large supermarkets. Good hospital, doctors, dentists, professional services, seniors services and government agencies are available locally.

Easy access to highways allows convenient travel by car, bus, or air. Williams Lake airport is just over an hour's drive and has scheduled commercial flights. There are two additonal airports located minutes from the ranch - the South Cariboo Regional Airport and 100 Mile House (registered aerodrome).

Crown (government) land on three sides of this ranch property is webbed by miles of trails that meander through the forest. This forest has been designated Mule deer and Moose winter range with logging restrictions, which makes it a truly protected "greenbelt."
